Yes. Each calendar can represent a user or resource, and several calendars can appear in one view with configurable colours, order and visibility. Available entities depend on configuration and roles.

### How does it prevent appointments outside working hours or overlaps?

It uses working hours, bookable slots, availability checks and overlap warnings. Free, snap, confirm or strict modes determine how closely a selection must follow the configured slots.

### What happens when only one appointment in a recurring series changes?

You can choose the scope: one occurrence, this and following occurrences, or the whole series where the operation supports it. Previews, exceptions and series splitting preserve the relationship with the original recurrence.

### Can we send automatic reminders to participants?

Yes, by email, WhatsApp or SMS when the relevant channel is enabled. Recipients, template and delivery time are configurable; delivery still depends on the external service used and is not guaranteed by this page.

### Can we reconstruct who changed an appointment?

The audit history can show recorded operations and field-level differences, including relevant changes to recurring series. Visibility depends on retained data and assigned permissions.

### Can Calendar retain the business context of an appointment?
